MS PowerPoint® Presentations

A poor visual presentation is seldom the fault of the medium. It takes time and dedicated effort to extract the most from PowerPoint and, with an important presentation looming, time is often in short supply.

Don’t be tempted to leave things until a day or two (still less the night) before the event. The process is evolutionary. Effective slides and graphics can take long hours to prepare. Careful preparation, though, is the key. It will deliver results.

• work to any brief and any reasonable deadline
• deliver the finished presentation in any form required
• add or edit multimedia components such as voiceover tracks or video, as required
• advise on any aspect, particularly at rehearsal
• give you the power to put your points across.
